Preference will be given to applicants with 5 years or more experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in project engineering and design within MPE’s Water Resources team. The position requires a broad range of skills and experience in a wide variety of water resource projects.

Experience in design, hydraulics, and construction contract administration in the following areas of practice is desired:  Water management, river engineering, water control structures, dam safety, flood mitigation, drainage, pipelines and irrigation conveyance. Experience with HECRAS, hydrology and stormwater would be considered an asset.

The applicant must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or applicable technical degree or diploma and be eligible for membership in APEGA or ASET.
